It's part of the barn that has retained its high ceiling. Here, you can admire the magnificent restored roof structure and exposed stone walls. Terrace wood perfectly finalizes this place to the soft, warm ambience. This covered terrace is full of charm, and the jacuzzi is a natural fit.

Two shower rooms / bathroom :
The first floor features a functional shower room. There's a shower, single washbasin, washing machine and separate toilet. Upstairs, the bathroom features an Italian shower, double basin and separate toilet.
the kitchenis fully equipped. It will provide you with all the comfort you need during your vacation in the Périgord. You'll find a cooking piano with electric oven and gas hob (5 burners), as well as a microwave. A large American fridge is located right next to the worktop. Enough to stock up on provisions and local produce for your stay. The sink takes its place on the central island, and the 12-place dishwasher nestles perfectly alongside it.
The salon offers a large sofa with chaise longue that can easily accommodate 4 people. It is complemented by 2 comfortable armchairs. The coffee table and large rug make this a warm and convivial place, ideal for sharing. Behind the sofa is the dining table. It accommodates 6 persons. You'll also find a china cabinet with all the crockery you'll need for your stay in the Dordogne. This room also houses a pellet stove that can heat the whole gîte in winter.
Finally, a nice little wooden garden furniture and a table with chairs invite you to enjoy convivial moments. You'll also have access to the gîte's communal area, where tourist information and board games are available.
